The hub uses aluminum alloy shells that resist corrosion and provide lightweight longevity. Sealed cartridge bearings offer smooth operation while resisting contaminants. Depending on the variant, the hub has either a 1-piece forged and CNC-machined shell with a chromoly 4-pawl driver body or a 3-pawl design with 36 points of engagement.
